I've finished my last paper. *_* Normally I polish and edit it until the moment it's due, but the monthly illness came by today and nothing constructive gets done for the first two days every time it strikes. I DID manage to set up a sales post however, so perhaps these photographs might account for last week's offering? I'll be posting much more often over the next five weeks, but this should make a start.

essay progress: all 100%. Now all that is left to see if I'm still left with that First Class Honours at the end of the semester. After the cramps go away I am going to PLAY very hard indeed.

Alexia

I spent most of today going around squinty-eyed with my face breaking out, asking for tissue (i.e. paper napkin) donations because I've already used up all my five packets. This is what happens when you go on short sleep; don't do it.

In any case, I've just had an unexpected reprieve. My last paper turns out not to be due this coming Monday, but on the Monday after that. Which means I have one whole week more than I'd thought!! But this paper is 50% of my grade for that module so it means I still can't slack off (it just means that I get more Zs). So here is more old art.




Her name is Alexia and she's a ninja character belonging to my friend Xinn. I was supposed to make her pretty but not TOO pretty. Was also trying out a new colouring style that didn't work very well -- this was made in December 2010 -- I THINK I've gotten a bit better since then, but I have so little time to practice that it's hard to tell. More practice should make me better; I have a month and a half between this last deadline and the first day of my job. Graduation is a bittersweet business, but right now all I want is to make this last paper really, really awesome.

I'll come back and do w00t things if I get an A* on this paper like I'm planning to.

Inspired by Polyvore-style memes, I made this sketch during class today. Drawing helps me pay attention.

Forgive its uncleaned condition. I'm very tired.

I'm not sure to ink this with pen or go directly with Photoshop. But I'll have a long time to decide -- I won't have time to do anything with it until two weeks after.

Current essay done-less levels: 90%, 100%, 5%, 0%. At least one is done. I handed it in today.
